Derivative Token Issuance through Vouchers

Voucher tokens are used as the underlying custodial assets within the blockchain, and this allows for the deployment and issuance of "Derivative Tokens."
If the amount of the voucher is issued as 1,000 kgCO2 and stored in a derivative token smart contract, the issuance of the derivative tokens can only be up to a maximum of 1,000 kgCO2.
These voucher tokens can achieve "scalability" through interactions with other smart contracts. In particular, interactions with smart contracts designed for retirement or donations can generate carbon-neutral transactions.
